I have never seen them here. Would be a good thing to have at a petrol station. Could fill water/empty waste during a fuel stop.
Lots of them in Sweden and many in Norway. The fresh water is often in an enclosure with perspex doors, the enclosure is heated so it does not freeze in the winter months. You generally have to ask for a key for access but not always. Most have a solution for emptying the chemical toilet.

As all EU petrol stations are supposed to have a separate"bund" tank for spillage, rainwater run through etc. At all pumps were fuel is dispensed. Some stations allow you to "let the grey water go" into the gully at such area's. Some even allow you to "park up" for the night.

Many in Turkey hose off the Motorhome to remove the daily dust. "Cools the temperature down as well".

Why ! you probably just spent a load of cash with them and they are eager for your business.
