    So I've just started back at this, WK 1 day 1.....I forgot how much I enjoy a good work out! The last time I did it I was training for Hell & Back in the Summer and after that I've just taken a break from everybody but now is the time to get going again!
    So can anybody tell me if you've tried this have you found it good? I only day one or two days to try it out before, so I'm hoping this will fit into my busy schedule and work well for me.
