Not sure if I'm posting in the right section here but il give it a go. Iv started to take muscle fuel mass last week. Just wondering if anyone knows much about it and is it any good? Wat results should I expect? I don't work out much at al as I work in office and work late most evenings. I'm not happy with the size I am at the min but seen as I don't work out what could this drink do?

    Thanks

It's liquid food. It will pretty much do the same as eating more food.

Never heard of it but sounds like your average weight gainer to me. Are you training at all? If you want to see results you'd need to be training at least 3 times a week.

You certainly won't build any muscle if you don't train. Also your diet needs to be in check ie small caloric surplus, 1g of protein per lb of weight each day, plenty of good carbs (brown rice, sweet potatoes etc.)

You don't need to take supps, especially if you're a beginner. You can make grea progress just by eating and training properly.
