Pixelation on a DVB-S2 PCI card (HD channels)

I got this Tevii card recently, its a DVB-S2 (PCI) for the PC. It's working pretty well, except for the HD channels. On most programs I tried, ProgDVB, WinMC etc the HD channels break-up and are jittery ! Is it my PC (dual core 2GHz, 4GB ram) or the graphics card (ATI X1300 @ 256MB) or is it the actual card ? :confused:…

The program that came with it, MyTheatre isn't too bad but still a little intermittant with the HD viewing.
