Seeing as City fans don't bother their holes starting match threads and Spurs fans have them in their own forum...

I'm looking forward to this one, Fancy City to win in a bit of a goalfest.

Will there be any City or Spurs fans in here or will it just be us Liverpool and Utd fans having a go at each other as usual cos I'm kinda bored of that.

Sorry for forcing you to read the thread, I'm here to talk about this game, don't know why Liverpool or United should come into it, what a strange post.

Lampard starts with Aquero up front solo - Dzeko and Jovetić on bench. Ryan Glen Mason starts for Spurs....nope me neither.

If MP sets us up like he did v Arsenal we might scrape a point. I think the scoreline won't be as miserable as last season but really dont see us capable of getting 3 points.

City should walk over Spurs but I'm curious to see whether or not Yaya shows up this week

He scored in the League Cup for them, and featured again since then.

Has been at Spurs a long time it seems, but is now 23! He was decent enough in the two games I saw him in.

Anyways, Going for a comfortable City win, by 2 or 3.

I had been following him since he was a kid. He's kind of surprised me. Particularly the Arsenal game. He's looked good while on loan but didn't consider him being capable of stepping up to the fringes of top 6.

A few people might know his name after today, outside of us spurs fans of course.

That Spurs team looks extremely average, especially in defence. You'd expect so much more for a spend of about £200m in the last three years.

Tim getting the dig in every single chance he gets :pac:

What a chance, some really nice football from Spurs.

It was a cracking ball from Soldado, Mason should have scored.

Unlucky by Mason. He's replacing VDV in that role. Looking promising.

Lamela is looking a lot more like the player he was at Roma so far this season.

And then he goes and gives it away leading to a goal :pac:

    Good game this.

Aguero is definitely the best finisher in the league, I'd say top 3 in the world.

Terrible technique on the header there, should have been 2-1.
