My chest routine is as follows
    bench press 65-70 kgs
flat dumbbell press using 27.5kgs (easy enough)
incline dumbbell press 22.5kg (dead after 5 reps actually lucky even if I get that many. sometimes have to go down to 20s)

are my just doing too much flat work.
    declines 25kg (not too bad)

how are the incline dumbbell presses killing me. I just don't have the power

Now I must admit I always start on the bench and go hard on that before moving onto the next move

This is sort of like asking why the weight you move on an overhead press is lower than that of your bench after you've done the latter for five sets. You're performing an exercise for that has less recruitment of larger muscle groups and you're performing it when you're fatigued. C'est ca.

Do the incline first. You'll find you can lift more. switch it up every now and again

dont do inclines more than 20 - 30 degrees,
else they are shoulder presses to be honest .

shoulders need less weight and more rest between sets to train them
