samsung lcd screen gone mad

Hi all any tv experts that could help me. my 32inch Samsung lcd screen is gone nuts I think they call it solarization. any way done a bit of research and changed the tcon board. still no improvement. just wondering if anyone knows what else the problem could be. cheers
