want to get mainly mass , but instead of taking protein , creatine, bcaa's etc just want an all in 1 :)

Bcaas come from protein anyway, you don't really need to add in more unless maybe you are cutting weight and on a calorie deficient. That supplement is only 33% protein and a rake of carbs - expensive carbs at that.

You'd be far better off buying 5kg of whey from myprotein and a bag of creatine and forgetting about the rest of the crap thats added.

+1 for just buying whey. You can buy dextrose and or blended oats if you want to get in liquid carbs

    Hi

Have used USN MFA for two years and would recommend highly - might be better to get things separately etc but it is very convenient and I got great results from two shakes a day one on waking and one pwo.

Its better and about half the price to get them separately.

OP not all whey tastes bad, Myprotein have a load of good flavours and they are good value.

Choc whey+ banana + tablespoon of Meridian peanut butter + milk Blended is probable one of the cheapest/easiest/healthiest ways of getting calories in.

Much better than a "mass gainer" product which is just full of sugar
