a psychiatrist for my anxiety. He gave me the referral personally and told me to hand it in to my nearest clinic. This might sound stupid but what clinic??? I know it is the HSE but were exactly do I go?

You could try the hse website, but the best thing to do is ask your GP. Your GP should know where your local services are, if you are seeing a local GP. Ring them and ask.

usually mental health works in catchment areas so you should find out which catchment your in. your Gp should have a list give them a call
