Sorry if this seems a trivial issue,

I walk five days a week doing 5.5 km a morning, lately I have stopped half way at a cafe and had a musli and cafe breakfast , does the stopping in my walk null tbe benifits of doing it non stop ? Thanks :-)

There would be little difference between what you do and doing the walk non-stop with that food before or after.

What is in the café breakfast? You could likely change that and make a proper difference.
