Hey, was just wondering if anyone knows any good and relatively cheap PTs in galway.
    Need to lose some weight.

Are you currently a member of any gym?

    No. I am not.
Friend of mine told me that some time ago there was lad who did private session in his house somewhere in Roscam, Galway.
I would like to have face to face trainings because in gym there is to many members and it is difficult to focus and get 100% of attention. He also explained how to balance your diet etc. I live in Oranmore Vilage so that would be very close.
Maybe someone of you have heard about him and have his contact number?

    Training you in his house?

That doesn't sound dodgy at all!

Nothing wrong with PT's working from home - a place down the road from me - converted his garage and now operates a successful semi-private studio/gym - it is chokka down there every evening.

It would not be for me but it seems to be for a lot of people.

Cheap is not a word I would look for in a PT. Good value - fair enough but not cheap etc. :)

Well it does to me. Especially since I lived in that area for well over a year.

Has he public liability insurance in his gaff? Probably not.

The (group) trainer i go to does. His gym is a room connected to his house, and it's not his fulltime job

Gerard Masterson is a great trainer. He is a bodybuilder so it won't be any codger rubbish that PT's will fill you with i.e the diet will be proper. Loads of weights and some cardio.

    He is on FB.
