Slow down! Pace can be barely above a walk really. Start off really slowly and do as much as you can of the program. Keep trying until you complete it. You'll get there

Running in tough, especially if you're not fit or a little overweight. If you're doing it to get fit I'd recommend taking up strength and conditioning training too to build up your legs and core.
I'd also recommend finding a buddy to take up the challenge with. Some people can motivate themselves on their own but I'm not one of them. I did my first 5k run (well, 4 mile actually-not a race, just with a friend) a few weeks ago. I thought I was fit but I was panting and sweating profusely by the end. I know if it was just me scratching around on a threadmill I'd have packed it in before the end. Much better to have someone to chat to and spur you along.

Hi, if you are really completely unfit why not try walking the route 1 st, aim to get faster each time you do it, push yourself till you are sweating. When this has become easier for you then attempt the couch to 5 Km. Don't give up anyways, it will get easier.

The first time I did c25k I managed the first 4 intervals in week 1 day 1 and then crawled home to die
Plenty of people repeat weeks and that can include week 1.
Keep your pace very slow, it doesn't matter if people walk faster than you, and keep at it. Repeat week 1 if you need to. They don't need to be easy but if you can't finish the day's program stay with it til you can
Do jog it though, and try to jog the full prescribed time
