Hi,
we are Irish and have launched a new service for people being cared for: My People Care.

It basically allows you to keep track of your medical information using your smartphone. You can access that information from anywhere and you can share it with carers if you wish.

We are looking for feedback at this stage on the app and the service itself. The service is free for now.

It is really a chance to influence future development and design something that suits you as a carer, as someone being cared for, or if you are looking for carer.
