I'm looking for somebody who can really work on, stretch and release my hips and glutes as they feel tight and stuck.

Can anybody recommend somebody who can do what I'm looking for?

    Thanks in advance.

You just need a good physio.

Went to Pearse St Physio with pretty much that exact problem and they fixed me.

Thanks for that. What exactly did they do? How long did your course of treatment last?

A lot of trigger point therapy.

The first day I went in and Aidan Woods looked after me. It was painful and I knew I'd need a good few sessions but they asked me to judge how much better it was rather than just tell me I'd need X sessions (I know from experience they don't tell you to come back unless you actually need to).

I went twice a week for three weeks. Then once a week for two more weeks. Went back a month later and once in the 4 months since just to get a bit of an NCT more than a need to go.

Just while I think of it, I would be asked to do a series of movements before each session: squats, one legged squats, jumping on one leg at a time, etc and they'd assess my mechanics as well so they could see how it was improving.

And, like I said, they won't suggest a session unless you actually need it.
