Carpentry work with hays recruitment

Hi I've being called in for an interview with hays recruitment for carpentry work, guy basically told me that he would have me on- site straight after interview providing it all goes to plan, I just want to know has my people done carpentry on sites tur hays and if so are they ok to work for and paying etc etc
