I've decided to get my ass in gear and sort my weight out. I'm a woman and my worst areas are upper arms, tummy and thighs. But what's bothering me most at the moment is the flabby upper arms. I know that eating less and moving more is essentially what I need to do, I could really use some advice for effective exercises to get the flab off my arms and tone them up.

Getting the flab off them and toning them up are kinda two different things. Getting the flab off means losing weight everywhere. You cant just make it come off the arms alone. So that's down to getting your diet right.

To tone up your arms, as in build a bit of muscle in them, you'll need to do resistance exercises. Pullups, pressups, dips, and weights. If you swim, its great for your arms.

She will need modified exercises to get her started.
