    So this past week I had the opportunity to train, learn (and drink) with two legends of the iron game Chad Wesley Smith and Brandon Lilly. They afforded me the amazing opportunity to talk shop on their #Strong360 podcast!!     Great listen, nice job. What a seminar, it may be just me but the fact that this wasn't a certified day meant everyone there was a open to ideas, very friendly and not just there to collect another piece of paper and tick a box on their cv. It is one of the first seminars I have been at where every single person lifted. Some excellent tips for lifting and indeed life by the two guys. Great work organising it.

    I didn't have anything to do with organising it though - credit there to Robbie Bourke and the the guys out in Elite Fitness Performance academy in Blackrock for hosting it (and loads of other great seminars this year).
