an idea of mine to try and get some work done nearer the town.
to rent my two bed bungalow in wicklow for six months over the winter and move to dun laoghaire area or approx area for six months again over the winter months for six months.
is this even a feasible idea?

The only accommodation you would likely get for a six month term in Dun Laoghaire area is a room in a shared property, which at €6-700 per month is possibly what you might get for renting the bungalow, so if you can get someone to take on your place for only six months then it might be feasible. Trying to get into an annual cycle of doing that sounds like a lot of hassle to me.
