Architect recomendtion needed for Dublin 4

Hi all,

I have recently purchased a run down 3 bed terraced house and it requires a complete refurbishment, destruction of an old extension and building a new extension.

I am looking for recommendations for an architect that will do plans, deal with planning, tendering for builders etc.. Please private mail these to me.

Is there any tips that people can give me? Anything to avoid / be aware of?
