Vodafone VDSL broadband - speed

Hi Guys, Did somebody notice that in past few weeks during evening broadband speed is going down to 2/1. Is that all country or only south east?

Mine has gone to $hit in the past week, went from constant 86mbps to 1.18mbps dl and 1.11 mbps up.

Thats it VF, im out

*EDIT* just checked and its just throtteling on torrents, download iso linux 86mbps->2mbps, stop it and 5 mins later its back to 86mbps.
I use torrents for legit reasons so this is $hit tbh.
