    How did you manage to prove you were right in the end?

    Engineers report was in agreement with my version of events, that most damage was done to the rear of my car and alot less to the front, indicating a rear to front collision, rather than me hitting car 1 first

    Brilliant news anyway.
    So how is this handled? Logic would indicate car 3's insurance will pay out for the damage caused to car 2 and 1. And since car 3 fcuked you around so much, you feel a bit of a twinge in the neck coming on?
