I had braces ten years ago and since then the lateral incisor has moved behind a bit and the two central teeth have moved over it slightly and gone crooked. I'm not getting a full set of braces again, what options do I have? photo is attached

You may not necessarily need a full set of braces, at least consider having a consultation with an orthodontist, there are other options from what there were 10 years ago.
The alternative is to mask the position of the teeth by adding composite (tooth coloured fillings), or placing porcelain veneers. From the front, your teeth will look straight, but viewed from the biting surface, they will look bulky. How much of an issue this will be depends on how tall you are!
