Upgrading laptop hdd

I currently have an ASUS N56V series laptop and the hdd is currently dying as well as just being slower than the rest of the laptop. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good laptop hdd, preferably a hybrid drive around 500gb. My price range is preferably under €150 although flexible. Thanks.

Would you consider replacing it with a SSD instead? €150 would get you eg. 256Gb SSD, shop around though plenty of other options for that money. You could also go with a 128Gb and an external HDD for storage and still be well within budget.

Ya I was considering that because I already have an external 500gb hdd for backups and whatnot. That is indeed my laptop thanks for the advice
