Hi, i need some advice. I bought a smartphone from a UK business seller on ebay, it now has a faulty camera at 11 months old.

I contacted the seller and they say it only has a 6 month warranty provided by their suppliers. Is this correct am i right in thinking there is some law that contradicts what the seller is saying to me? Thanks

if it's new and not second hand then under European law you have 2 years to claim your consumer rights.
