New build - please help!

    Managed to hold on to my current rig for 6.5 years - need a new one :D

    Have hard disk(s), monitor, graphics card, optical drive. Have case + fanless Seasonic PSU

    Need: motherboard, CPU, RAM, silent CPU cooling system

    Important to me in order of priority:

    1. rig needs to be silent. Not just quiet but pretty much silent. My current rig is a C2Q6600 2.4ghz @3.0ghz using only 1 (undervolted) very quiet case fan - I'd prefer a system with no moving parts). SSD only, no conventional hard disks, Zalman reserator fanless watercooling

    2. no gaming, but rig needs to be very fast for general use (no video editing either) and needs to last me for about 3 years

    3. no need for overclocking, but would like cutting edge technology as much as possible (low nm CPU, etc.)

    Budget: €200-€400 or a little bit more at a push for a very good solution
