Btea wait time

So I dropped in my forms for the btea at the start of this month and got asked to go fill some forms out with the dsp in nutgrove but I haven't heard anything back . I'm just wondering could anyone shed some light on how long is the regular wait before someone gets in touch with you ? Thanks
