    I line up as follows:

    Begovic
    Caulker Coloccini Terry
    Fabregas Ramsey Siggy Sterling
    Costa Rooney Fletcher
Subs: Hamer, Van Aanholt, Moore, Isgrove.

Have been changing Caulker and Van Asnholt around all week but think I'll go with Caulker due to his goal threat, particularly as he's against his former club.

Twins sick, up half the night, sick myself, can only spell a disaster for the weekend too. Hopefully might surprise me and cheer me up! Best of luck to everyone.

Definitely go with Caulker. I sold him so he's bound to score :-)

I will be having a media blackout day and will watch MOTD tonight in blissful ignorance of how the day went.
    Good luck to all!

    Begovic
    Hutton colloccini chambers
    hazard fab sterling siggy ramsey
    Costa (c) Rooney

    Fletcher van aanholt Dunne

Only doubt is chambers or van aanholt may reverse this.

Im all in on the chelsea attack and would love a 0 0 between villa and newcastle.

Have more or less identical defenders to you (Cahill rather than Terry) but have gone for Van Aanholt and benched Caulker. Just feel there's a possibility of a clean sheet there and more chance of involvement in a goal.

In fact our teams are very similar. I have Eriksen, Mata and Jovetic to your Ramsey, Sterling and Fletcher.

    De gea
    Terry van aanholt Wilson
Fab Siggy Ramsey He who shall not be named
    Rooney Costa Fletcher

If Wilson doesn't play I'll have caulker to come in.

2 of Naismith, Sterling and Dzeko is my dilemma.

    Naismith benched at the minute.

    Sterling and Dzeko for me.

    De Gea
    Terry, Hutton, van Aanholt
Ramsey, Sigurdsson, Eriksen, Fabregas, Hazard (C)
    Rooney, Dzeko

    Pieters first sub.
    Transfer was Fabregas for Mata.

Exact same starting eleven , with the same predicament.

    Bench - Aanholt , baird , waymana

I'm going to leave Caulker in for the goal threat. He's .5 mil dearer so might as well try to get some value for my money!

Looks like I'll be lining up as follows:

    De Gea
    Bardsley - Clyne - Collocini
    M**a - Fabregas - Ramsey - Siggy
    Rooney - Austin - Costa (c)

    Subs: Van Aanholt, Caulker, Marney

I can easily see a defender with a big score on the bench though.

I have the same predicament in that I'm undecided between Fletcher and Caulker. Caulker could very easily get the goal but then again Fletcher is a striker. Fletcher seemed pretty average last week. What to do?

I'm surprised to see van aanholt in so many lineups. I think people have gone full swing and are now massively underrating Man United

I'd field Fletcher. United were shaky at the back last weekend and are badly in need of a central midfielder.

Cleverly is expected to play tomorrow. Doesn't matter how good a defence you have now if they don't have a decent protection in midfield and players who can hold the ball and retain possession.

I think people are expecting attacking returns rather than defensive returns.

United are still missing seven players according to van Gaal. Last week they fielded a lad who wasn't a success on loan in the Championship last season.

I expect United to score a max of 2 against Sunderland. That said, I am benching van Aanholt and playing Caulker, Coloccini and Terry.

    De Gea
    Debuchy-van Aanholt-Clyne
    Siggy-Fabregas-Eriksen-Mata-Ramsey
    Rooney-Costa(c)

That's how I line up. Unfortunately I start at -8 so really have to hit the ground running.

Which one to play Lovern or Cameron lads?

Cameron didn't play at all last week, so has to be Lovren

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,255 ✭✭✭shano_88

    De Gea
    Taylor Hutton Terry
    Ramsey Mata Fabregas Siggurdson
    Bojan Costa Rooney

    Subs: Pieters, Debuchy, Albrighton

Not sure whether to start Pieters or Taylor. It would definetly be Taylor If i knew he was starting. Talking the chance that he will start anyway.

I think a lot of people will be happy with a 0-0 in the Villa Newcastle game.

I am reasonably confident going into this GW. Have two concerns though. One being Bojan. If he gets another blank, I really need to get rid. The second being the City/Pool game. I have no coverage from either team and my main rival has Sterling, Silva, and Dzeko so the idea of a goal-fest there is scary.

    Krul
    Clyne, Cahill, Pieters
    Siggy, Ramsey, Mata (c), Sterling
    Costa (v), Rooney, Dzeko

    Elliot, Marney, Ferdinand, Moore

A great start and no transfers. Hoping to consolidate this week and of course Mata has to come out all guns blazing!

Newcastle v Villa is the type of game that always ended 0-0 last year and piss me off as rivals had players from both.

Almost stuck a fiver on it out of spite lol.
