Works 100% Abs construction metals barrel, range and accuracy is excellent (rof) is ok. It has rails on top for optics, rails either side of the barrel and underneath. I have spare magazines do you have any other a&k mags?

Il try to get pics up today but at the moment my phone is in the shop for repair!

It was an AK 47S but now has a fixed stock.
the issue with the selector is you have to move it a few times to get it going but as i said its a small fix.. I just dont have time to do it.

Its got a great rof and distance.

If i had real wooden stock and grips i probibaly wouldnt let it go!!

    Il sort out pics asap.

It was an AKS, I'm the second owner so I dont have the folding stock but at that angle its very comfortable.

I have the box but there's no brand name on it but tis good quality a metal gun.

is it rear wired to the stock or does it still take the batt under the top cover?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,265 ✭✭✭Nerovad

Battery in the stock at the moment.. But tis just a matter of moving the wires up to the top through the alot to use a different stock.. So access to both.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,677 ✭✭✭tyrone03

Can the original stock be put on, the folding type? Or has the gun been permanently modified to take the solid stock? How is that stock held in place? Could you post some pictures looking down at the top of the stock and also of the stock removed. I'm curious to see how it has been fitted.

Ok another question... Is there holes in the lower receiver were the shiney metal is screwed on? Can you take it off? Will the holes be permanently visible if a foldong stock was on?

Yes there's 4 small bolts that Can be removed..

    Its a good solid aeg.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,677 ✭✭✭tyrone03

But there will be holes in the receiver visible, yea?

The holes would be no bigger than a bb. And could be filled if necessary.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,677 ✭✭✭tyrone03

I don't want to mess around with you..... If you filled the holes nice and tidy and rewired it so that the battery was back in under the top cover, I would swap my TM SIG 552.

Just another thing, in your pic the upper handgrip seems further forward than the lower, is it loose?
    Any issues other than selector?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,265 ✭✭✭Nerovad

Well I wouldn't swap it for the Sig alone.
There are no other issues ans selector is just a minor issue,
The hand garden is solid.. It must just be the angle of the pic?
I have no problem filling theholds but Id rather not mess with the wireing as im not great with that side of thing!

Yeah.. Il do the holes no bother but I won't touch the wireing though.. Id say Id do more damage then good! :)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,677 ✭✭✭tyrone03

How will you do the holes without removing the wire? If you could even pull the wires tru, I could try and re-route them.
