Brought my friend to Summerhill House for her birthday last year. They do have good spa packages on offer.

A group of us went to the Pillo in Galway. Girlie weekend offer - 2 nights B & B with a dinner included & spa access. Girlie breaks wouldnt usually be my thing but it was fantastic. The staff really looked after us, the rooms were great, got a lovely massage/ facial & access to thermal suite, then complimentary cocktails and tasty finger food. Galway is always hopping too, great craic.

Carrickonshannon is supposed to be great craic.

Don't know if this would be your scene, but they have "Glamping" there. I know people who did it before (somewhere else) and had a great time.
