    Hi ,
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with exercise after lletz?
I am due to have the procedure and was wondering if it's ok to start exercising the day after or should I wait?
If you have exercised, was it walking or could you go straight into hi intense?
Did you experience any pain exercising afterwards?

Hi op, I had this done last month, they told me not to exercise for a week afterwards but honestly I felt fine so was back exercising after a couple of days.
Ask while you're in there or see how you feel afterwards. I thought I would be in pain the next day but I felt fine :) good luck

Definitely no swimming. I felt awful after mine, so there was no way i was going to exercise straight after.

Honestly, I cycled home from the hospital. But then others clearly didn't feel well so maybe just go by how you're feeling.

A week seems a bit excessive.

I was absolutely fine after mine too (a little crampy the next day ) . I would've happily gone back to exercise within a couple of days , but felt that I should heed the doctor's advice .
