Because mirrors were invented to make men the more dominant sex

    let me explain

Man stands naked in front of the mirror and sees manhood bigger than it looks...feels great

Woman looks and sees bigger everything...feels like crap

    Mystery solved

    Right.

I was going to say "get rid of the facking mirror" but now I think you should "get rid of the facking house!"

I've heard that mirrors in change rooms in stores make you look thinner, making it more likely that you will buy an item of clothing.

I swear my sister has a magical mirror in her bedroom. I look like a freakin' goddess in it.

Some mirrors are a lot more flattering than others for sure.

I have another question, how is it that girls feel no shame admiring themselves in public mirrors?

You are standing too close. Step back 7-8 meters and things will look much smaller.

Saw a man preening in front of a plate glass window yesterday, giving us all the gun show and everything. He didn't seem to mind the laughter.

It's like asking "Are cars blue?"

It completely depends on which car you're talking about. Or which mirror, as the case may be.

Why is the image in a mirror reversed right to left, but not top to bottom?

Anyone else notice the mirrors in the River Island changing rooms make you look way skinnier?

Buy a bigger house. And no, her arse does not look big in that. Whether its your wife or your cat that asking you that the answer is the same. Actually, if your cat is asking this means you're high - go to bed and do not drive.

Light is bouncing off you, hitting the mirror, and then bouncing back to your eye.

So, if you imagine lines from each part of your body going directly to the mirror and then back to your eye, you can visualize why this happens.

I suppose it's something to do with the horizontallity of my eyes.

I lay down on the floor and looked sideways into a mirror, and the image was reversed top to bottom.

Currently waiting in the managers office to see if Arnott's want to take matters further.

It's just that whatever 'side' of the mirror a part of your body is on is the side it will be reflected on.
