What Brand of Supplements are the best for me ?

I currently used up my Maxi-muscle mass and size, now I want to get a shake that gives everything, I am looking in the lines of the maxi-muscle cyclone and extreme. But I am hearing that maxi muscle are all marketing and no actual value in their product compared to the amount of marketing they have produced, it does not live to it.
As for me my previous shake did show a bit of results, but not that quite.
I have bulken enough, now I just want to get bigger, add definition to my muscles, stronger etc.
So can someone recommend me a different brand, that does what maximuscle cyclone and extreme do(I was thinking of buying them, but then after hearing some reviews, I thought I would get the same product but in a different company).
My friend recommended me optimum nutrition saying that all the bodybuilders use that and etc. but that's quite expensive for me

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein 2.27kg
    Kinetica Whey Protein 2.27kg

Which one is better for my goals. Which is to not add any more mass.
But get stronger, toned up and make bigger gain in muscle size.
I heard maximuscle cyclone and and promax extreme is crap

You're on the right path for cutting. As regards the content of your wallet.

Do you actually know what you want to supplement or are you just interested in a product?

Im not interested in cutting weight though.
What do you mean by cutting ?
As for what I want ai do not really know myself. All I can tell is based on what I want to achieve and do which I listed in previous post.
I always say that to the shops but I am buying online so I do not have that much advice apart from here.
So i chose two of these because they were best selling.
But my friend use gold whey protein and in all fairness ai do not see that much results in him.
He was thin from the start so maybe thats why.
I do see his muscle is toned and show greater definition in his chest and etc.

Whey is just protein. It's the same as the protein you'll get from chicken or salmon or milk, or any other whole foodstuff. It's not a magic potion that will give you any kind of result other than allow you to hit your protein requirements. You don't need it if you get enough protein from food. And if you must buy some, then buy from one of the three online outlets Alf listed in the first reply.

Supplements are basically food supplements. The ones you mentioned are ultimately either mostly protein or a mix of protein and cards. If you don't know what you want then you shouldn't be buying supplements. You'll get what you need from food but you don't really know what you're getting or what you need so I'd figure that out first before you start wasting your money on things you've no idea about.

I do not get that much protein to be honest.
I probs eat 3 times a week a protein meal.
Push it on to 4 if you count breakfast, sandwich and omelette.
Would you say the maxi muscle would be the best for me as it provides an all rounder.

What's your food like on a typical day?

You're gonna be better served by a good diet than throwing supplements at it.

    Okay yesterday I had:
Breakfast: Omelette, I eat my omelette with toast.
Then I took my multi-vitamins tablet.
Just before going to workout, I ate an apple and a cucumeber
After workout, (my supplement had ran out, hence the reason for this thread) I was really hungry so I ate 1 full plate of rice with some vegetables.
Night: I drank 500ml of strawberry yoghurt.

Now I think in my average day I would have a proper night meal as well(dinner) but I had some guests throughout the day and other things.

My advice would be to use MyFitnessPal and track what you eat in a day. A non supplement day. That way you'll see what carbs/protein/fat you're getting and then you'll see what you should be taking, iv indeed anything.

Not trying to be awkward but if you don't know what you're getting on board you won't know what to take, if anything, to help get results.

And if your diet is poor, you'll be wasting your money
