Studying to be a personal trainer

    I am starting college in September for an itec in personal training and was wondering if anyone has notes etc lying around that I could have to read as im bored waiting for it to start

    get online - if its in a book or on a course its old material at this stage anyway.

    start with reading blogs and aticles from trainers or coaches you admire and work from there.

    Focus on more business and personal development material (you wont do this because all trainers starting out focus too much on training and nutrition stuff) as this will help you in a massive way.

    Thanks for the reply. Already reading loads of material especially from lyle Mcdonald.

    Just thought maybe someone would have notes or something similar to read as its a huge hobby of mine and love reading abd educating myself on the topic of nutrition and so on.

    Any tips when it comes to the business part would be great :).

    Read from any of the people I recommend, retweet or link then read everything from the people THEY recommend

    Oh and i would basically take EVERYTHING off my own site (my teachings, people i recommend etc) and learn/apply that also
