Are iherb or biovea or healthygoods any good? Just want to save some money compared to buying them over the counter.

I assume it's legal to buy vitamins online I just want it to be from as a reputable source as possible. Thanks.

There's absolutely no reason to take vitamins outside of a balanced diet. If you don't have enough fruit and veg in your diet to cover your needs then your diet needs serious work that is not going to be resolved by pills.

So the cheapest option would be to never buy any again and eat more real food.

Only thing I recommend supplementing I'd vitamin D. And B12 if you are vegan. (Although its supplemented in loads of food anyway). Also omega 3 in that case.

I'd say figure out what your diet is lacking and eat more of it, track your nutrients on chronometer, do a blood test and see if everything is as expected. Multivitamins are pointless imo, just eat right or take a specific vitamin for an informed reason.

I'd get blood checked first if you have a concern, no point paying for something you'll just piss out.

Also be sure to have a little fat with your salad/veg/fruit to help with absorbing fat soluble vitamins.

On vitamin d, pretty sure there is a pretty important involvement of it with vitamin K2 and calcium. You'll get k2 in cultured dairy products, grass fed butter and keifir like products.

If you Google Chris Masterjohn he has a video or two on it. He mentions some study of Israeli lifeguards with high sun exposure with very high levels of kidney stones (from calcification in absence of K3).
