Esoteric dream ???

Hi all I was wondering if somebody could help me decipher this strange dream I had a while back.

Basically I was sitting at a wooden table in what looked like a wooden cabin, it was hard to make out the rest of the room as it was being lit by a single old oil lantern that was sitting on the table. The table was a little bit smaller than your typical wooden picnic table and was made from thicker pieces of wood. Anyway there was a child sitting at the other side of the table who was reading/studying an old looking book, the book had writing on the front but I didn't recognise the language. Behind the boy to his right stood a tall dark figure in a white robe with a hood, because the room was so dark I couldn't make out any facial features. The figure seemed to be overseeing what the boy was doing and had it's left hand on the boys right shoulder. I couldn't actually see the boys face at this point as his head was kind of tilted forwards and the book obscured the bottom part of his face.

Up until this point I didn't feel any kind of dark atmosphere although I was a bit weary of the figure behind the boy as I couldn't see it's face, it's body seemed quite tall and I could see by the way the robe was hanging off the body that it was a thin body. Suddenly the boy stops reading/studying and looks directly at me I remember clearly that seeing the boys face gave me a big fright and my heart started beating rapidly. His face was pale and was a white with a yellow tint, he seemed to be feverish, he was sweating profusely and his eyes were fully dialated to the point that they were mostly black. He looks directly at me and says "esoteric knowledge exists, it's real!" I woke up after that point. When I woke up I went online because I was unsure of what the word "esoteric" ment and didn't remember ever hearing anyone use the word before.

I was just wondering what all this means and if it's something I should worry about or look into more.

You had heard it before and you do know what it means. Or your brain does because it used it correctly in a sentence.

I think in a state of sleep things we view in dreams have deep affect.

I have a friend who is convinced of the deep meaning of his dreams and believe in vedic dreams and he thinks here is a prophetic nature in his experiences.

I think your dream is fascinating.

A child young reading an old book telling you Esoteric Knowledge exists. Esoteric means cryptic, arcane , intended for or likely to be understood by only a small number of people. The youth in earnest working to learn from an old book and it was him that came up with the pronouncement.

I am not sure what it means.

But you remember it vividly so what does it mean to you?

But your mind used the word and used it correctly so you may know more than you think. :) It was in there. Perhaps your brain was going through old memory and info. Perhaps more ..it is really your choice what it means.

Thanks for your insight Lou.M yeah I must have subconciously heard the word before, maybe in a book or film. I usually have one of these vivid type dreams every few months, I could have more but if I feel an underlying negitave atmosphere in the dream I tend to try change the path of the dream or wake myself up. Athough for the past while I've started to win over the bad forces in my dreams and I've started trying to see where they go, I enjoy the feeling of defeating them, it kind of makes you feel like a superhero that's invincible so I suppose I do have something in common with your friend.

I draw/paint a lot and I spend a lot of my time doing so I have a large imagination. I think this has a great impact on my dreams as in real life I tend to look at things closer and note the texture, physical make up ect. rather then seeing it in the grand scale. I think this allows my brain to add more detail into the dreams and render a more vividly styled dream. If you think about it, a dream is like painting a picture but one that's inside your own head.

As to what the dream means to me, I'm sill uncertain. I'm not sure what it is that I know or understand that most do not. Although I just realized there, that I actually remember a figure dressed the same as the one standing behind the boy but in another dream I had previously and also featured somebody who looked feverish/sickly. So I'm thinking now, maybe the two dreams are related somehow, maybe I need to piece the two together to see the bigger picture.

    dramatik..

what is the content of your paintings? do you ever draw/paint geometric shapes or reoccurring themes or unusual stuff? if so, what kind? do you ever get into such a zone that you paint by automation at times? I understand the white hooded figure and the esoteric stuff.. have come across this stuff before & the same type of dreams..

Yes I do a lot of work that involve geometric shapes, mandalas ect. I try to work from my subconscious as much as possible, I rarely have any kind of plan as to what direction it will go. I do tend to get lost in the work I do, sometimes 6 hours will go by in what feels like 1 hour. I never realize it getting dark out either and mostly end up working in a dark room by mistake. Usually because I'm fully zoned out and I'm not aware of my surroundings so I don't realize that I should stop for a second and turn a light on. Can you tell me more or do I have to figure it out for myself through more dreams?

Amazing artwork!! you are truly gifted.. but I knew that anyway, hence the questions I asked.. ; o )

Ok so the dream you had was a life purpose dream... basically telling you what your divine purpose is..

Man is from the white brotherhood of man .. his hand on your left side indicates creativity.. most left handed people are creative souls so logically it makes sense. I have come across your type before.. (we had a friend who is also an esoteric artist sit in our trance circle and spirit gave me a beautiful training session into what these artists are, how they work, what their energy vibration is like etc. etc)... they are called creative mediums who basically channel information from higher sources.. (i.e. esoteric/etheric or whatever you wish to call it).. many will go into an altered state and it will be similar to automatic writing where the creativity will just flow... the purpose of this gets complicated.. basically it is about truth, knowledge and wisdom relating to the new earth/ascension. They are different to spirit art mediums (those who draw loved ones who pass over)...

Pm me if you have any further questions..

hi all was wondering could anyone help me with this one...my cousin rang me in an awful state this morning said she woke up screaming and head to toe sweating she was dreaming all night of dead crows in her back garden and there were some crows in the dream that weren't dead but had no feathers and were dying as if they were being slaughtered. it gets freakier in the dream there was a woman with her and she is our cousin that lives in America.....she doesn't understand what it means so I did some googling and it says the crown brings a message of death!!! has anyone any thoughts on this before we go and start thinking the worst?? should also mention her dreams have a habit of manifesting in real life! 2 months ago she dreamt her dad would have a heart attack and everyone thought she was mad and low and behold he did have a small heart attack few days later! so now we are very worried...any suggestions on what it all means?

Firstly dead crows don't always mean death... they can mean an ending/rebirth.. because there are live ones that follow may signify that someone has been through a really tough time and is starting to come through it..

Precognitive dreams can fortell something.. but the dream has to be put into context with the intuitive feelings also..
