Where to get a cheap/legit copy of Windows XP or Windows 7

I'm looking to get 2 licenses of windows 7.

any ideas, where i can get this from?

I got my licence on ebay. A quick search should do the trick. Cost me 50 euro.

32 bit will work fine on a 64 bit system but not the other way round.

Ms have stopped updating xp so that might cause you hassle in the future.

I wouldnt buy Windows XP as its reached end of life and isnt supported by Microsoft anymore, meaning that it'll be more susceptible to viruses and malware. But yeah it'll work on a 64-bit system if you really want it to.

If this is for Bank of Ireland Banking online or Open University, you might want to research installing it into a VirtualBox virtual machine on your Mac rather than using bootcamp.

Can't tell whether that license is a Dell/HP restricted OEM license or not.

I think the later versions of bootcamp are very specific on Windows editions they support, so double check XP will work on that. Try the dual boot option over virtualization preferably. Windows 7 is a safer more secure choice these days, and more stable
