How many numbers appear in post and the time of the post? (A little difficult to confirm since I'm in a different time-zone so maybe I'm talking out of my hat but the scores from 0–4 seem to match up.)

I gave 1 point per correct number according to Irish Standard Time (British Summer Time) of the post
Colour Blue for no numbers
Colour Teal for 1 to 4 numbers in incorrect order
Colour Lime for 2 numbers in correct order
Colour Orange for 3 numbers in correct order
Colour Red for 4 numbers in correct order

If somebody put the colon in correct order eg 22:19 I would have also awarded the round

Ah okay, I was wondering about the colour too! Probably you should've held out a while longer until someone figured out the colour scheme too.
