Hi, Cooking newbie with a recipe here saying I need to add Greens powder to a recipe, just wondering if Wheatgrass falls into the category of Greens powder?

I did some quick Googling and a number of sources list Wheatgrass as a greens powder. (...bearing in mind that I've never heard the term "greens powder" before.)

Thanks, I chanced it in that recipe and everything turned out fine. I have a few recipes that list 'greens powder' and some that list 'Greens', was wondering if they are the same thing is all. I'll keep searching around, thanks.
