    Can someone some up with a few healthy diet plan for me a few options for breakfast lunch and dinner and maybe snacks.
    Im so lost and i'm desperate to loose some weight.
    Im a vegetarian so i don't eat meat or fish

    It would probably be best if you post up an honest, typical day to days eating. It's best to work back from there to tweak and replace what that is like rather than trying to tell you what to eat when we don't know what your current way of eating is.

    Its going to come down to eating the correct amount of calories that will put you in a long term sustainable calorie deficit.

    Do your best to get a serving of protein with every meal, I know it harder to get in protein as a vegetarian.

    Some options:

    egg whites
    low fat Greek yogurt
    whey
    quorn
    kidney beans
