Hello. We have just bought a 2.8m zodiac with a 4hp engine. We also have an 8hp engine. Will there be enough power with these engines to do any type of Watersports?

I wouldn't have thought so really. You could pull a small ring but you wont go fast with that power.

Cheers. It wasn't bought for that, but just thought we might be able to have a bit of fun too. Oh well.

You would be lucky to get the boat on the plane with an 8 hp:) you would need at least a 25 hp to get any sort of pull on a ring and a good bit more to get a skier out of the water.
