Dumb question how do you quit out of a trial on ea access so as to not lose any of your remaining 10 hours

Go to the dashboard highlight the game window and click the menu button and quit game

Go to the dashboard highlight the game window and click the menu button and quit game
Or launch another game - only one game runs at a time, so it will force the previous one to quit.

Still not seeing an option to download star wars....do you only have access to the vault through game sharing and nothing else?

You launch ea access hub, it will say trial available over battlefront. Start your trial, it will bring you to the store page where "try for free" will now pop up, choose that, it will change to "download trial" and away you go.

Only option I'm getting is to pre order for 70 euro.

The EA Access shares the vault games but not the trials or 10% discount, so somebody else has the ea access sub or is it you?

That's the issue so, that's what asked in the earlier post :)

You can buy 1 month for €3.99 and I'm pretty sure you can refund most of that back after you play your 10 hours as EA access sub allows you to refund any unused time.

It's worth it just for the 10% discount if you plan on getting it digitally.

How do I cancel my ea access ? I don't want it to renew at the end of this month. Can I still play my trials even if I cancel it ?

The games are only playable while your subscription is active.

You can cancel and renew on a few months if you wanted and go back to playing anything you have already downloaded

Cheers but if I turn off auto renewal will I still have access to the games and trials until the end of my sub ? Or does it cancel it straight away

In that instance your subscription is still active so the games are still yours to play

Has the Battlefront trial only got a limited number of maps from the actual game? Seems very repetitive.

Have spent most of my 10 hours playing aerial battles and would be willing to buy the game for that game mode alone.

Its the full game and that issue has been brought up with the game in the BF forum(weird nobody has made a general thread as the BF forum won't draw traffic).

As someone who only plays conquest in BF I'm a bit put off by the lack of that mode.
Sounds like ill be waiting for it to come to access and buy the extra map packs then.

Is Supremacy not like conquest mode?

I have only played Fighter Squadron and a few games of Walker Assault. Fighter Squadron mode needs to be way longer, I am only getting warmed up and the match is over. Love the A wing.

Funny, I wad only wondering last night if anyone deliberately chose the A-Wing :)

Fighter Squadron is my favourite mode so far, I think longer matches would be great. Although I font notice a huge difference between the four fighters in terms of handling, etc. (the Imperial ships are a bit faster is about all I can see).

Good fun all the same. Easy to get a bit disoriented between up and down when dodging through the clouds in some levels.

I think overall it may suffer a bit like Titanfall - there are a bunch of game types but no overarching "game" of which to speak. It'll probably be a drop in for a bit of craic when I think of it type of game - but I'll be waiting for it to be less than €60 befoee that happens.

Haven't downloaded the Battlefront trail yet, but the more I read about it the more it seems like it isn't for me.

I know I'm probably in the minority here, but I'm pretty old school in my approach to gaming in that I always consider multiplayer / online features to be an added bonus, the cherry on top.

I buy a game for a solid single player experience, and might play a little bit of multiplayer if the mood takes.

Can anyone tell me where I can buy the EA access code from, I initially put 25 euro into my Xbox account only to find out you had to have a credit card, so I go and put my credit card details in only to have problems still purchasing the 12 month sub, I spoke to Microsoft on there website only to find out that they do not use pre paid credit cards, well that's a bummer as that's the only credit card I have, So I have already put 25 euro on my xbox, 25 euro on my card and can't use either of them to get EA access, The guy in chat said about looking online at amazon (no luck and it would be more money in £) also looking in local shops, well I called HMV, Gamestop and a local game shop here in Letterkenny called CEX and none of them have them, Gamestop have a 1 month sub on there site but its no good for anyone wanting the 12 month one! Anyone have any idea where I can buy one?

Thanks and hope someone can help me.

    Try here:
    http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/pdp/EA-Access-Pass-for-Xbox-One-Download-Code/productID.318419400

No, your game are only playable as long as your sub is active.

Thanks for replying but this is no good either as its Microsoft, They do not accept pre pay credit cards period on any of there sites, as I asked that from the person I spoke too. I just think its ridiculous in this age and time that a company like Microsoft do not take such a popular payment method, But thinking back I am sure they used too as I am sure I used a pre paid credit card to buy DLC on my 360 for Skyrim.

    Thanks anyway.

Strange. I've used my prepaid Revolut card to buy stuff off xbox no problem.

    How about amazon.com? http://www.amazon.com/EA-Access-12-Month-Subscription/dp/B014Q5UNH4

I think you checked amazon.co.uk but not amazon.com

I've used my Revolut card on the Microsoft store to buy credit and used it on Xbox.com to buy games so they definitely accept them.

Edit: Misky got there before me.

Using amazon.com is perfectly safe, it's a digital code you receive instantly too so it's not as if you have to have it mailed from USA to here.

Let me know how you get on!
