Purchased an UP24 about 4 months ago in the USA. It stopped working about a week ago. Contacted them online after attempting all published remedies. They immediately offered a replacement.

They even shipped the replacement from Ireland, so i won't have issues with customs duties.

Gotta give them 10/10 for customer support :)

Gotta say I had the same experience with Fitbit. Bought a flex from amazon and after about 3 months it started dying after a few hours instead of a week.
After a couple of emails to customer support they just sent me a new one. Took about a week to arrive but good customer support experience.

Same here with fitbit, they replaced my ultra with a one when the external casing disintegrated.

Nice to hear there are companies that still take care of their customers!

As an aside, did you guys feel those fitness trackers added to your motivation to keep exercising? On the verge of getting one, but not really sure if it's worth it.

Definitely, I will *not* go to bed without getting my 10,000+ steps in & am building more walking in to my day now - e.g walking to & from gym instead of driving, dragging kids outs to do laps of local park etc.
