Best Compact System/Four Thirds Camera Advice

Hi guys, looking to make the move from my point and shoot camera to something a bit more advanced and I'm very taken by the style and portability of these cameras. I've a budget of about 200-300 euro and while obviously not in my budget I absolutely love the leica m series so something similar to that would be great.

I'd stretch to buying second hand off ebay if it really made a difference but I do quite like the look of that Pentax, cheers for the reply
