Forgotten windows password!

Can anyone suggest how to get around the windows login password on my Lenovo think pad 530 with windows 7 pro? I have downloaded a tool to a USB stick. , but I can't get into the bios to boot from the USB. What's the bios key I should be pressing at start up to get in? Thanks

Try pressing F12 and see if you get boot options
