    Anyone up for renting a house :D

    4 bedrooms (3 Double, 1 Single)
    2 Bathrooms
    15 minute walk from the shopping centre
    10 min walk to Gort
    20 min walk to the University

    I'm currently talking to the Letting Agent, looking good but not definite. ATM it's me and a mate, so there's two rooms available. It looks like it will be €45 a week for the single and €55 for the double. That's without utilities though :rolleyes:

    We're both 1st years and anyones welcome.
    Anyone who's interested can PM me, and I'll send you pics.

    One minor hitch is that the lease is for 1 year, not the academic yr.
