    They're all different.

Slimming World has a different set-up to Weightwatchers, for example.
Weightwatchers uses a ProPoints system and you've got a weekly allowance of 49 points to use on whatever you want.
With SW, you have to fill your plate at every meal with salad and you have a small allowance of Syns to use on treats.

I'm only familiar with WW and prefer it after going to one meeting at SW where it completely baffled me.

I have to say, ive done both and SW is far easier to follow and you can eat so much more than you can on WW. I find SW a more normal way of eating and cooking and ive changed my whole outlook on food and cooking since i joined. Im eating so many more new foods and have cooked so many recipes since i joined.

I also know a lot of people who are doing SW and have had huge success so i would def recommend SW.

You dont have to fill your plate with salad at all. I dont eat salad. You have 1/3 superfree which is either fruit or veg with each meal. Im not a great veg eater so i would have fruit with or after my meal so you dont have to be a salad eater at all to do SW.

    +1 for slimming world

Equips you with a healthier/hollistic view of food which is the biggest benefit you could get from any of these groups.
