VOIP details for UPC

    Can't find SIP details for UPC, are they available?

    Nope, for UPC you have to use their own equipment. There is an RJ11 phone socket at the back to the modem, connect this to a phone and away you go.

    They do offer an android app that can be used to make and receive calls from your account

    Looking at the screenshots it seems to be a rebadge of CSipSimple, so the backend is probably SIP. The problem would be getting the account details from the application

    I think they use SIP alright, but it is a closed network.

    You could try sip.upc.ie, sip.upc.com or sip.upc.biz as the SIP server and use your account number and password as the SIP login details but there is no guarantee it will work.

    If it doesn't work you could chance your arm by ringing them.
