They should have used the warbler device on Marie's voice if she didn't want to be identified

I'm a bit mystified by this caller. Normally public servants are not allowed to speak to the media without the authorisation of the CEO of the body they work for.

    It's actually strictly forbidden.

I'm grand so as I live in Meath. Except this doesn't apply to me as I'm not stupid and I do pay attention to matters that affect me.

Marie will be severely disciplined as a Civil Servant for this, i.e. she'll be told not to do it again.

So she is actually in work today and not on a day's holidays.

Here's an idea Marie - Get off the f**king phone to Joe and open your post and work through the backlog

Hilarious there by the civil servant.

I went in at 8 o clock to get an hour done this morning.

The medal is in the post.

Poor Maria. I hope she knows as much about the Job-seekers allowance as she does about the NPPR tax.

"I was in at 8am today Joe"

Amazing how pampered civil servants are, it becomes really obvious with statements like that.

What's the betting that when people start getting their first water charges bill in the post, some will be ringing Joe claiming they never heard about water charges coming in

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,391 ✭✭✭✭BPKS

Clarity from a higher power says Joe.

    Himself in other words.

I guarantee that someone will be on next week from an entirely different CoCo area, complaining about the fine doubling, and quoting Maria as gospel.

"But you said on your show, Joe, I heard it with my own ears, she said that if I sent in a letter they'd be nice to me, Joe..... SHE SAID IT ON YOUR SHOW"

Marie will be severely disciplined as a Civil Servant for this, i.e. she'll be told not to do it again.

They will come down hard on her for this, her morning tea break will be cut by 5 minutes so she has to rush her scone in the morning.

She will be out on stress leave before lunch.
