    That woman was about to give a good news story about putting in place a payment plan and Joe just cut her off and ranted on again about not being able to find anyone to give information.

    That's what I'm afraid of. Imagine it next week when the fine (almost) doubles to over 7 grand - there'll be meltdown :eek: (and tears, I'm betting)
