    What are EMTs getting in the new cpgs ? Is there many changes ??

    No rumours lads, these were officially announced by PHECC at the UCD EMS Research conference a few months back.

    Changes are:
    All levels:
    -New paediatric weight estimation formula
    -Naloxone IN
    -Paracetamol for pyrexia
    -FLACC pain scale
    -Harness induced suspension trauma management

    EMT level only
    -Epinephrine - removed the requirement that it be prescribed
    -Nebulised salbutamol

    Ibuprofen (Already implemented) + Chest Auscultation (TBC?)

    Nope - It's essentially the PHECC version of OFA, but includes CFR as a component of it
